Eric sadly lost his 13 month battle against cancer. On 24th August he passed peacefully in his sleep
in the arms of his wife, TINA. He tried fighting the illness and lord knows he tried.
Eric will be sadly missed and forever loved. There will never be a day go by that he isn't in our
toughts and hearts.
We love you.
Eric's love for life was his lovely wife Tina. Through thick and thin they were as strong as
SUPERGLUE, never before have i seen a bond like theirs.
Throughout the illness Eric was nursed by his wife, he never complained about his pain or treatment
recieved. When in pain he never let on. He wanted to live life to the full, NO MATTER WHAT. He was a
very brave man. I think the LORD above wanted an angel, so he took ours. I would describe Eric as an
angel as that is exactly what he was.
Eric was a loving father to ALL his children, Caroline, Mark, Ruth, James and his baby girl Ellen.
He was adored very much by all his 10 grand babies. They all were important to him. He loved
spending time with them and his wife.
He enjoyed having a laugh and joking with people. He was a very funny character, but loving with
it.
He enjoyed lots of music, mostly 50's, 60's, 70's and ABBA. He never hurt anyone, he also loved
helping people, no questions asked.
He made friends very easily and has lots of them.
Before he passed on, he wanted everyone that WAS in his life to know that he loved them.
Eric always said that he'd wait for Tina at heaven's gates to welcome her in, because he truely
loved her.

it is coming up to a year since you passed on, but never have been forgotten. the pain hurts just as much as it did nearly a year ago, we all love and miss you, but must of all Tina misses you and the pain so much it never will get any easier for her she just waits for the day she can join you that was a love matched in heavon, no love cold of been as strong as what yours and Tina was. you will never be forgotten.

It is not far off a year now since you passed away, and it is as though it was yesterday, you are still loved and missed as much as before, it as brought memories flooding back. I miss seeing you with Tina coming to my mams, i am not much for words but wish you where here because these days are Tina is so down knowing it is nearly a year she will never for get you nor will she ever stop loving you we all love and miss you.
Nearly a year ago, the lord required his angel bk. We all wish u were still here. We miss all ur jokes, ur laugh, ur smile, just everything about u POP. LOVE YA XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Uncle Eric you did alot for me and nanna and we miss you so much i missed your birthday because i don't have a pc but i am sending a belated birthday wish now to say you are still sadley missed and never forgotten if there was a wish i could have i would wish for you to come back for good to Auntie Tina she crys at night when all is quiet, and so sad to her she is lost without the love of her life but one day will be joined again forever, Eric R.I.P. we will always love and miss you

it is coming up to nearly a year ago since the lard took you from tina and the familey, but their has not been a day that has gone by without people thinking of you and looking back at happy memories of you their say time heals and absencets make the heart grow fonder well it is true because tina cries tears that no one will ever understand, she missis you every second of every day 24 hours a day, it has got harder for her she play your songs and thinks of you singing to her, she is wishing for the day to be with you, it is sad to see her in this way but you where her sole mate and no one will ever come between you both she is married for life not for any other, eric if you hear my prayer please give tina a sign and a cuddle she really does need you and treasures you it is so heartbreaking what happend to you when you was so loved by everyone in the familey, i write this for the people in the familey that don't know how to use a pc and would love to say how their feel as well but can't any way eric you will be dancing with all the angels and causing havock up their with laughter and songs, and your happy nature, well i can't think of anything else right now but your always will be remembered and never forgotten.

eric i have been very busy i wish you were back here with our tina if only you could see her she is like a lost sole without you the pair of you was a match made in heavon, and you wont see her like that again till the day she is with you. i miss you still and think of you often wondering what you are doing you were the best brother inlaw anyone could have had chrismas is gonna be hard for tina but we will be there for her, it wont take away the pain and the thoughts she has of you. rest in peace eric always will think of you and will never forget you ever paul still laughs at the time in yours and tinas flat it was funny i have the photos and look at them often any way eric R.I.P. love you always from me and paul.
